1. LilSweetHearts Portrait Process

"How We Do It"

• After we receive and process your order, you will be notified via email.

• You then send us childhood photos of the bride and groom.

• You may email scanned photos or mail us the original prints and we will scan them at no extra charge.

• If you mail your childhood photos, please use a photo mailer that can be purchased from the U S Post Office or local office supply store.

• We will return mailed original prints with your order.

• After we receive your photos, we will photo-edit them together into a black and white image, add wedding attire, background, text if appropriate, and finally a touch of color.

• Your LilSweetHearts E-Proof is then emailed to you for your review/approval.

• You may request changes based upon your review.

• Upon receiving your email approval, your LilSweetHearts Portrait is sent to production for printing.

• Finally, your order is checked, packed, and shipped to you via US Priority Mail.

2. LilSweetHearts Portrait Process

"The Fine Print"

• We can work with most pictures, but for best results pictures should be of similar quality, focus and lighting.

• Photos may be B&W or color.

• If photos are color, we color correct and fix Red Eye before converting to B&W.

Red Eye Correction

• Remember the quality of the final product is affected by the quality of the photos you send us.

• We can repair minor damage caused by cracks, scratches, fading and age.

   Scratches

  

• Facial clarity is most important, make sure facial details are clear and visible.

• Different sizes are fine, but try not to select photos that are too small. It's much easier to reduce size than it is to increase it.

•  We prefer images with file types jpg or gif.

• Image resolution should be at least 300 dpi for a 5x7-in or larger original and 600-dpi for a wallet-size.
